Basic App, Slow Service
It is a good concept, but the app us basic and the service is often slow and without adequate support from the company. They claim 100% satisfaction, but just refer you to their vendor when there is an issue. Delays in service mean using e-mail or phone go contact the customer service center, which you cannot do through the app. It would be a better experience with quick service and communication.
